Canva File Too LargeIt’s happened to the best of us—you’re working on a project in Canva and you get an error message saying “File Too Large.” What does this mean and how can you fix it? When you see the “File Too Large” error message in Canva, it means that the file you’re trying to upload is bigger than our system can handle
This can happen for a few reasons: The file size may be too big. We recommend files be under 100MB. The file type may not be supported. We currently support the following file types: JPG, PNG, and PDF. The file may be corrupted. Don’t worry, there are a few things you can do to fix this issue. First, check the file size and file type to make sure they’re both supported
If they are, try uploading the file again. If you’re still having trouble, try exporting the file from Canva as a PDF. This should fix any corruption issues. If you’re still having trouble, contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help.
