Quality Score Basics
let’s talk about quality score real quick so what is quality score it’s basically a 1 to 10 1 to 10 scale rating and there actually are several different quality scores it’s kind of just a general number that Bing uses to rate your performance on their ad platform you can see the different quality scores in your being dashboard but here are some quality scores some of them you can’t see some of them you can’t I know that’s confusing but it doesn’t matter really just there are some basic ideas to you know to always improve and I’ll talk about that more but there’s an account quality score to just generally how well does your account perform each campaign has its own quality score which you don’t see each ad group has its own quality score and each keyword has its own quality score which you do see so they give you the feedback on the keyword so how do you get higher quality scores well just in general have higher click-through rates on your ads have better landing pages that people spend more time on and have more relevant ad groups you can find your quality score in the metrics in one of the columns I’ll cover it all the columns that I recommend you use in a special section later in the program but for now know that it is an option it’s something that you should keep in mind or check on it can help to diagnose you know if something’s not good with your campaign you can check out the quality score and see how you’re doing and just generally the higher quality score you have the more often your ads will be shown and the cheaper your clicks will be so it’s always something to work on to improve is your quality score
