hello everyone it’s the nomads Brad and we are in the Bing ads boot camp 2.0 and in this bonus I want to cover some strategies on how to create a Bing ads agency so here’s a cool fact the skill set that you are learning by taking this training by being in the Bing ads boot camp 2.0 a couple things you might not realize one it’s extremely valuable to almost any business it’s actually valuable to any business ever but there are some caveats and a lot of businesses don’t know how valuable it is so I’m gonna teach you about that and how to get around it and how to show them its value but if they knew what was possible with paid traffic a lot of you are trying to do something very relatively difficult with paid traffic which is to convert affiliate products on your own but it’s much much much easier to get results for any local business out there one friend of mine ran a his family runs a fishing tour business in Hawaii and he told me about how he was using Bing ads for about a year to run ads to phone calls which I’ll tell you about more in a second and he was generating he was spending you know I think he was spending about $1,000 a week and they were generating over $10,000 worth of sales whatever the numbers were it was ridiculous maybe there’s $20,000 worth of sales and he just said they would just turn on the ads whenever they wanted to make a ton of money and then turn them back off and it was really consistent so you can get incredible results for local businesses they really don’t know what they’re doing with this stuff and because of something I’ll explain in a second a lot of them are a little bit afraid of it so just know that the skills that you’re learning how to do keyword research how to set up specific keywords and has set up tracking that you can measure results with all that stuff is beyond most local businesses and if you step in and offer that service they’re gonna have their minds blown and they’re gonna be so incredibly impressed by the fact that you’re bringing in sales every day you can be so valuable with this skill set so know that you now have an incredibly valuable skill set to almost every single business out there and you could get a full time career just using what you learn in this course I mean big companies pay people to just be a PPC expert and specifically just as to an expert in search so another really cool thing that I’ll talk about throughout this bonus is that the skill set that you just learned in Bing is directly applicable to Google AdWords which a lot more businesses are aware of and a lot more businesses and know that they have a need for or they might actually call out and so usually it’s it’s the reverse right like you’re in a Big Bang course but most people know about AdWords way more and they care about AdWords but this the strategy that you learned from Bing Bing is basically just copying what AdWords does so whatever you learn in Bing can directly be used for AdWords so you can go to any business and say I’m a PPC expert I know how to run you know paid traffic campaigns for search and you can use the exact same skills from Bing in Adwords there’s just a couple things that are slightly different but not much so you already have the skill set you already have the understanding you have the mindset you you understand the whole strategy so you get a full time career just using what you learn in this course so for medium to large clients they may possibly actively be seeking someone with paid traffic experience or knowledge or the willingness to learn they might actually be looking for somebody to become their AdWords you know person so you can definitely do that and when you say you know I’ve studied and I’ve actually done it on my own I’ve run traffic before that’s going to put you ahead of a lot of other candidates bigger companies will actually have teams and departments so might actually just be on the AdWords team or the paid traffic team maybe you’ll be the Bing specialist that only focuses on Bing to grow their campaigns big companies have big budgets and they you know they have a different overall strategy but you’ll already you’ll already be like more dialed in than some of the people working at those bigger companies but you know especially as a client if you just wanted to work with them as a client these can be harder to get but I have done this if you look on Craigslist monster.com etc for businesses some of them are actively seeking PPC knowledge and expertise they know that they need paid ads they want to run paid ads they’re willing to pay somebody as a position to handle their ads for them now it’s very likely that it will kind of just be a PPC a general job and you know depending on the business what they want what they need what they think they want they’re gonna offer different you know payment so that’s up to you to decide on but you might be running their Facebook ads their Bing ads their Google ads etc so you might be running all of their all of their ads but it’s really nice when they actively know they already know that they want an AdWords specialist and you can say that you can do that and that you have done that very few people are gonna be asking for a being specialist they might say AdWords / Bing but very few companies are gonna call out Bing most of them are gonna say AdWords if they say anything at all some of them are just gonna say PPC or paid traffic and then you can you know step in and maybe they’ll ask you to do Facebook whatever but that’s fine you have the skill set you understand how paid traffic works now you know what cost per lead and cost per acquisition and you know EPC and CPC and all that stuff is so you’ll be fine you’ll be more advanced than most people so the the companies that are actively looking for these positions would be the easiest to close as a client however there’s probably gonna be more competition since they’re publicly listing and people will be trying to bid on that so as far as getting clients the smaller the easier however there is a challenge associated with selling paid traffic to a business especially if it’s cold if you’re trying to build a client list and you’re reaching out cold which means they’re not asking for it then there is an inherent there is an inherent challenge with selling paid traffic as a service and the challenge is that most small to medium businesses don’t want to waste money on advertising unless they know it will produce a positive ROI on day one and of course you know this from you know you’re experiencing with doing it on your own is that this can be really hard to prove and often it can be hard to do especially very quickly and they’re going to be pretty tight with their budget they might say oh you know I could spend a hundred bucks so then where’s the room for you to make any money as a consultant now you should understand why business owners have this this this inability to value paid traffic as a service well most of them are terrified of paying for traffic in my experience most business owners are just are scared of investing in advertisement regardless of their budget even if they have a lot of money they still are afraid to spend 20 spend money on ads I’ve seen it again and again and again and you can’t convince them that they need to spend money on ads because what they’re gonna say is well if you can prove to me that it’s gonna make me more money than I spend then I’ll give it a shot but that’s not a good place to be coming from because it’s gonna put so much pressure on you and you don’t know how their sales processes work and all that stuff they probably have a story about how they’ve been burned before by paid traffic and in all likelihood they have been burned somebody sold them a service that sounded great and promised a lot and did not deliver so they are skeptical of paid traffic they’re skeptical on wasting money on something that didn’t work for example my grandparents ran a small business and when I went to my grandfather and told him about I was about marketing he said I don’t do any of that marketing because he had been conned basically by so many different people selling him things like SEO services that they never saw return on getting listed in phone books and all this stuff and who knows if it ever worked out but he but he got was sold by all these people and at some point he just said enough is enough now if I would have known now or then what I know now about running as I could have stepped in saying grand grandpa let me run some ads for you I can track everything I can we can actually see the phone calls the clients that are coming in because of this I’ll set up these ads and we’ll get you we’ll make you a lot of business you know we’ll spend $100 and make a thousand or we’ll spend $500 and we’ll make 10 grand or whatever getting all these clients I wish I would have known that but I didn’t at the time so that’s just the way that a lot of business owners are thinking and so it’s gonna be hard to sell them on why they need your services so what is the solution well the solution is to not start off by selling your services for paid traffic but instead to make them an offer they can’t refuse then you offer paid traffic as an upsell to a premium service once they see that you can get them results with something that is a no-brainer for them something they already want and something you can provide quickly and see results from then you can say see I’m all about getting your results now I have a premium package where I offer you know paid traffic and I will manage I will build and manage your paid traffic campaigns and we will bring you new customers in consistently and you know you can charge whatever you want for that so some good qualities to look for for a an offer they can’t refuse is that it’s free or low commitment at first for them they don’t have to invest a bunch of money in it and that it’s results based so you can point to it and say look I did this thing and now it’s getting results that you can see immediately it’s not hard for you to see these results I can point to him and show them to you I can show that I was responsible for that increase in revenue then they’re gonna trust you and they’re gonna want more and they’re gonna think you’re a genius and they they want to make more money so you should look for services to offer that are incredibly easy for you to hit a home run with little to no information about their business and it should be incredibly easy for them to understand here are some good examples one you can build them a sales funnel if they know what a sales funnel is then they would love to have you build them one for free or for a small investment a one-time investment right so now getting somebody to commit to paid traffic is saying oh I’m gonna I’m gonna have to pay $500 a month of my own money and then on top of that you’re gonna charge me $1,000 a month that’s a lot to invest and I don’t know if it’s gonna work out and so it’s gonna be a trial basis but if you say I’ll build you a sales funnel that I think is going to double your sales because you look at their website and it’s horrible and it probably is I’ll build you a sales funnel using let’s say builder all or clickfunnels and you make them a really nice sales funnel that is optimized for their industry to convert visit website visitors into leads and sales and let’s say I’ll build you a sales funnel for $1,000 okay great so they get to invest once and if it works then they’re happy and they’ll want to work with you more you’d say that’s just the tip of the iceberg I’m all about getting you more results if it doesn’t work then they’re only out you know and this depends on the business how big they are and what their priorities are but it could be a hundred dollars it could be you could you could do it for free and say just check this out you know I’m gonna build you this webpage start sending people there instead of your normal webpage it’s gonna make you more money and then come back or you could just charge them you know $500 $1,000 $5,000 depends on the size of the business really that’s up to you to you know figure out but that is an example of something that you can point to you can set up click funnels and say look I just I did this thing you were getting you know one lead a day and now I set up an actual funnel instead of a crappy website and now you’re getting 10 leads a day I can we can point to it and we can look to your analytics from before if they have analytics which is unlikely so something like that where you can point to it and hopefully something that they’ve already heard of like a lot of people have heard about funnels now because quick funnels is doing such a great job of marketing the idea so a lot of business owners are are like what’s this funnel thing you know another one that you know Tai Lopez has done a really good job of of teaching and marketing is managing a company’s social media and the reason that so many people are making a great living by becoming social media managers is that almost every business out there knows that they need it even if they’re small if they’re big whatever they all know they they need it and they don’t know how to do it and they don’t want to learn how to do it so you can start off by managing their social media and just say hey pay me a thousand bucks a month to do all your Facebook and Twitter and all this stuff and and we’ll start tracking it and oh by the way and again all of these things and once you build them the sales funnel you say you know how would you like to now you’re getting 10 leads a day instead of one how about I you know upgrade you to the premium you know paid traffic package and let’s turn that up to 50 leads a day I mean would that be worth spending a hundred dollars on ads if you’re gonna make another 5 grand from 50 leads or whatever whatever you could help them with the analytics and all this stuff so another one is managing their social media okay cool I’ll manage all of your free social media stuff oh by the way how would you like to throw some gasoline on this fire and its really starts to get some leads coming in and then you can offer your paid traffic services as an upgrade to that another no-brainer that could be a very easy win for them and for you is to build them a website you could use click funnels or builder all or just you know Wix or whatever build them a website for a lower fee a one-time fee again they’re nervous about investing in you know continuing payments so just do a one-time fee I’ll build you this website for five hundred dollars a hundred dollars a thousand dollars five thousand dollars whatever your feet and so they do it one time you can even build it ahead of time and then show it to them and say hey I’ll just I’ll set it up in ten minutes you can have it and you know whatever make it results-oriented tracked to sales set up the analytics so you can see my website is doing better so wouldn’t you like more of this wouldn’t you like to get more leads more sales I got this crazy method that I’ve got a secret traffic source that can just start you know creating leads every single day another one that is very easy for a home run a big win out of you know from day one is to create or manage their email marketing a lot of businesses don’t do any email marketing at all and they might even have a big database of customers a lot of e-commerce stores have this and they just don’t follow up and they’re just missing out on so much money that you could immediately add so much revenue and you can point to it say hey look I just sent you know you hired me for a week you know you pay me 500 bucks for a week I just set up an email campaign we made 10 grand how can you resist that kind of income and now so you could become their email marketing manager and then on top of that again you could add the paid traffic to sort of speeding up the process once they see that you get them results they’re gonna want more and you have this way and you can say hey we just made 10 grand how how about you know number one you keep you pay me you know two three grand a month now to keep me on but also how about we take a thousand of that and reinvest it in a paid traffic campaign I have this secret traffic source that works you know blah blah so ideal clients are going to be small businesses with overwhelmed solo entrepreneurs that are juggling too many jobs they don’t have the time to learn social media they don’t have the time to learn email marketing they don’t have the time to learn paid traffic and they don’t have the budget to hire somebody full-time it’s probably like their nephew nice that’s running some Facebook posts every once in a while and you can step in be a professional and actually help them grow their business using these tools another ideal client if you don’t want to reach out to local businesses as you can start reaching out to online businesses that are already making money and they’re clearly successful but they’re clearly lacking one of these services like their social media is really weak or their email marketing is non-existent so for local clients you can start talking to every local business in your town you can ask them what they really need more of in their marketing and then you can kind of choose from that list to give get them a an offer they can’t refuse for you to help them and then you can build you know the paid traffic is your premium service you should charge more for that you can offer to do one of the services on a trial basis if you want you can start with businesses that you go to often just start you know meeting the the managers and the owners and just start to understand their business and where they’re struggling and what they would really like what their goals are and how you can how you can step in as a marketer and help them get better results eventually you can get every small business in your town and you could it be making a lot of money just from that helping all these small businesses each one might be worth a thousand a couple thousand dollars a month to you maybe a hundred maybe five hundred it depends on where you’re starting what your goals are where they are but you can just start building up this list of clients and now you’re an agency that’s why I calls his program social media marketing agency because you just start acquiring all these clients and you’re an agency now so the strategy that I heard from one student of Bing ads bootcamp that he said that was working really really well was to focus on one type of client first so for example he was working he moved to a new city and he was working on cosmetologist no yeah so basically people people who cut hair see was what he was going to salons he would just walk into salons and you know ask some questions about their business and about their marketing and then say by the way you know i i I’ll set up a website for you that’s you know gonna get you more clients than this and I think you build them a funnel with click funnels and then he would offer to pay to get more leads so he just said this was like a homerun for them because they they don’t know how to get leads they’re just basically waiting for people to walk in the door and so a really cool strategy that he used and I would recommend as well is there’s a little-known feature in Bing and it’s also in AdWords too for local businesses this is really good but it’s called click to call and it’s a phone call strategy so basically there’s a type of ad which will show up only on mobile phones and there’s a button that says call so you can start running ads for their business let’s say it’s a salon you can run ads for Salon keywords in their area and when people search on their phone for local salon they can see the result and they can actually just click a button and call it’s a really good strategy for a lot of local businesses so so instead of using an irrefutable offer offer they can’t refuse then you could use this phone client strategy because it’s very easy to tie it to revenue you can find a local business that is phone sales or appointment driven like a salon and just create a new account for them with Bing and ideally with AdWords too you could set up a click to call campaign using the free $100 coupon for Bing after you spend $25 just set it up for their business and you’ll be the manager and so they’re only investing 25 bucks and you can get $100 worth of result and do the same thing for AdWords they have a similar deal and then tell them if they get one call then they can hire you if they want to keep getting more calls like that so some other tips that you want to do to is to make sure you set up analytics so that everything all the results that you create for them are perfectly trackable you can point to them and say hey I got you this result do you want more results you know hire me so you can measure your impact on their business and they can measure even more importantly they can measure your impact on their business so it’s never going to be an expense on their profit and loss it’s always going to be an investment an asset that’s producing more money than they’re paying you that’s what you want you want to create this imbalance where you’re creating a lot more revenue than they are paying you I learned that from a guy who was really good at it he would provide a service to internet marketers where he would basically set up their analytics and he would run split tests for them so doesn’t cost him anything it doesn’t really cost the business anything and he becomes the expert of analytics so he comes in he has a system he sets up his analytics with his system and he’s very good at it and you know he he told me like he he always tries to just be to be a tiny amount of the value that he brings so if he makes them another twenty thousand dollars per month then he might charge for so the the value is never questioned he doesn’t want to show up as a big expense he always wants to be an asset so that’s one strategy it’s just setting up analytics and tracking results will probably blow the minds of most small local businesses they don’t they don’t understand online marketing and you can really step in and provide a lot of value other tips once you sell your irresistible service to them tell them that you have a premium lead generation package that includes paid traffic that is 100 percent trackable and I highly recommend you quickly replicate your strategy to AdWords because it’s the exact same system and maybe even just start out with since the volume will be bigger and maybe you’ll be struggling to get you know the searches for certain businesses in certain local areas and so you’d be better off just starting off with Adwords and you can you can always add more additional services as upsell packages once you have their trust and they they like the results that you’re getting you could add more services like you could build them sales phone see all those things we mentioned as irresistible offers you can just keep adding them as additional packages to the same client once you’re getting them results they’re gonna want more results so just keep doing things that get them results so that’s how to start a Bing ads agency from scratch I hope you enjoyed it and I will see
