Creating a Form

To create a form, click the Forms tab in the left sidebar and then click the + New Form button.

You’ll then be asked to choose a template. For this tutorial, we’ll use the Blank template.

Once you’ve selected a template, you’ll be taken to the form builder. Here, you can add and edit form fields, configure form settings, and add thank-you messages.

Editing Form Fields

To edit a form field, click on the field in the form builder. This will open the field settings panel on the right.

Within the field settings panel, you can edit the field label, choose a field type, and configure additional settings.

When you’re finished editing the field settings, click the Save button.

Configuring Form Settings

To configure form settings, click the Settings tab in the left sidebar.

Within the Settings tab, you can specify a form name, description, and redirect URL. You can also choose whether to enable form autofill and form analytics.

When you’re finished configuring the form settings, click the Save button.

Adding a Thank-You Message

To add a thank-you message, click the Thank You tab in the left sidebar.

Within the Thank You tab, you can add a thank-you message and choose whether to redirect to a URL or display a thank-you message inline.

When you’re finished configuring the thank-you message, click the Save button.

Publishing a Form

To publish a form, click the Publish tab in the left sidebar.

Within the Publish tab, you can choose whether to publish the form as a standalone page or embed it in another page.

If you choose to publish the form as a standalone page, you’ll be given a URL that you can share with others.

If you choose to embed the form in another page, you’ll be given a code snippet that you can add to the page.

When you’re finished configuring the form publish settings, click the Save button.

That’s it! You now know how to create, edit, and manage forms in GroovePages.
