Creating a quote request form isn’t as difficult as it may seem. In fact, it can be done in just a few minutes with the help of a WordPress plugin.

We recommend using the WPForms plugin. It’s the most user-friendly form builder we have come across. With WPForms, you can easily create simple or complex quote request forms without any coding.

Once you install and activate the WPForms plugin, you need to create a new form. For this, you need to go to WPForms » Add New in your WordPress admin area.

On the next screen, you will be asked to provide a name for your form and select a template. WPForms comes with pre-built form templates that you can use. For our example, we will be using the Blank Form template.

You can now start adding fields to your form. WPForms makes it super easy to add or remove fields as needed. Simply drag and drop the fields to where you want them.

For our example, we will be adding the following fields to our request a quote form:

Name

Email

Phone

Address

Website

Services Requested

Budget

Estimated Start Date

You can add as many or as few fields as you want to your form. Once you are happy with your form, click on the save button to store your form.

Now that your form is saved, it’s time to add it to your WordPress site.WPForms allows you to add your forms to any post or page on your WordPress site.

To do that, simply edit the post or page where you want to add your form. On the post editor screen, you will notice a new WPForms button. Clicking on it will bring up a popup where you need to select the form you want to add.

Once you select your form, it will be inserted into your post or page. You can now save or publish your post or page to make your form live.

Now that you know how to create a request a quote form in WordPress, let’s take a look at how WPForms makes it easy to manage quote requests from your WordPress site.

When someone submits your quote request form, WPForms will send you an email notification with the form data. You can also view all the form submissions by going to WPForms » Entries.

If you want to view or manage quote requests from a specific form, then you can click on the form name to view only those entries.

You can also add a conversion tracking goal to your form to track how many people are submitting the form. To do that, you need to go to WPForms » Settings and then select the Marketing tab.

On the Marketing tab, you need to scroll down to the Goals section and then click on the Add New Goal button.

This will bring up a popup where you need to provide a name for your goal and select the form you want to track.

You can now click on the Create Goal button to save your changes.

And that’s it. You now know how to create a request a quote form in WordPress and how to manage quote requests from your site.
