To manage orders in Woocommerce, you will need to access the Orders tab from the WordPress Dashboard.
From there, you can view a list of all your orders with their status and other details. You can update the order status to reflect the current progress of an order, or change any other details as needed.
You can also add notes to an order, which is useful for keeping track of communication with customers and making sure their orders are fulfilled properly.
In addition, if you need to refund or cancel an order, it can be done directly in Woocommerce.
If there is any issue with a customer’s order, you can reach out via email or phone and make changes through the Dashboard as needed.
