alright so the next thing I’m going to show you is how to build a very simple landing page using the thrive architect builder so first obviously the thrive architect is installed in this website and then I’m using WordPress and I’m gonna go to pages and add new and then name it something and I think you have to at least save as a draft and then I’m going to click Edit with thrive architect then I’m going to go to up to the corner here click on this thing go to templates set up and choose a landing page template they have really amazing looking templates for all different sorts of websites I like this one I’m gonna click on that and then let’s see I’m gonna go with ya just a really simple opt-in page choose template [Music] I have used this actual template to quite a lot of success actually so I would recommend starting off with this one so here’s where those other pages are going to be linked to you would just you have your privacy policy you might just turn change this into Terms of Service and then maybe add a home or about us and then you would highlight that and then just click insert link and then put the link to that page in there so you know this is where you change your headline versions with just a few clicks in your Bing ads account okay and then depending on your niche or your clients niche depending on the kind of information you’re going to need then you can choose to do name and email or just email email just having the email does increase conversion generally but sometimes you really want to have the name – mmm increase your familiarity when you’re talking to them on your autoresponder so that’s up to you but that’s pretty close to done here you’re gonna click connect form to service [Music] and then you could go you know the Thrive architect has tutorials on how to set up your email autoresponder service with with the landing page so you just check that out choose the list that you want them to go to single or double opt-in click continue and I’m going to say next and then post opt-in action if you want to send them to a thank-you page where you might you know let allow them to download their whatever their you’re promising in the headline or if you want to just reload the page you put the URL of the Thank You page here just gonna go to Terms of Service there because it doesn’t matter so now that’s all connected and this is pretty good to go I mean we could change the background so to change the background of the whole landing page you would click on the gear thing go to template template setup landing page settings and then you could change the background to anything that you want if you want it to be a gradient or another image you can upload your images or just make it a plain colored background I actually liked the image if I can still find it solid-color take that off okay oh yeah those are layers okay so just gonna keep that for there so this is gonna be where you’re going to most likely send your traffic unless you already have a sales page or an opt-in page set up then you can ignore this whole section and again this is using the thrive architect plugin if you’re using clickfunnels then there’s going to be a slightly different process for that which I’ll show you and if you’re using a free plugin for WordPress there’s going to be a different set a slightly different process for that or if you’re using leadpages so that is how to set up a landing page in just a couple of minutes and that is pretty much good to go one more thing you might want to do is to preview the landing page and just and then you know click get instant access and that was the landing page that I set up so that works just test it out and now you have a fully functional landing page [Music]
